GTC Square in Belgrade attracts renowned local and international companies
GTC Serbia concluded lease agreements for 3,150 sq m in its newest office project

GTC Serbia – a subsidiary of Globe Trade Centre S.A. (GTC) – concluded two lease agreements for the office space in the GTC Square complex in Belgrade. Tetra Pak Group and Forma Ideale joined the list of tenants in April this year.

Tetra Pak Group is a world leader in processing and packaging solutions for the food industry. The company, present in Serbia for more than 25 years, will occupy 1,500 sq m of office space in GTC Square for its regional headquarters in the Balkans.

Forma Ideale Ltd. is one of the regional leaders in furniture manufacturing and trading. The company will occupy 1,650 sq m in the ground floor of the complex.

Both tenants will move to the building in the summer 2009.

GTC Square is located in Treci Boulevard in New Belgrade, about 15 minutes away from the international airport. The complex enjoys an easy access from local highways and in future will also benefit from a planned new inner city ring. Such location positions GTC Square in direct reach of any destination within the capital of Serbia.

The investment was completed in Q4 2008 and comprises two A-class buildings offering 23,000 sq m of modern and functional office space. GTC Square offers its tenants ample parking for 300 cars, an open interior courtyard and a spacious and impressive atrium.

Existing tenant list of GTC Square includes many renowned international companies like Bosch, Adidas, Roche or Carlsberg.

GTC Square is now more than 60% leased.
