Galleria Burgas opens in May

Galleria Burgas will provide approx. 35,000 sq m of net rentable area and 1,200 parking spaces. It is situated in the affluent catchment area of Burgas, to be significantly strengthened by the visiting international tourists. The project has been jointly financed by the EBRD and Unicredit.

Galleria Burgas has attracted world’s leading fashion and entertainment tenants. GTC has signed lease agreements with Inditex group (Zara and Bershka brands), Cinema City multiplex with 10 halls (first cinema of this size and quality in the region of Burgas), Carrefour supermarket of 4,700 sq m, H&M, Pure Fitness and many other leading international and local brands.

Located by the shore of the Black Sea, Burgas isBulgaria’s fourth biggest city, with over 215,000 citizens. It is an important industrial, cultural and tourism centre with over 1 million tourists visiting city on a yearly basis. Burgas is also one of cities with the highest purchasing power inBulgaria.

Galleria Burgas will be a modern shopping and entertainment centre , that will bring to the Bulgarian market new quality in terms of the design, interior finishing with state-of-art lighting system and attractive tenant mix. The building will be the first sustainable shopping centre inBulgariawith LEED certificate.

Additional attraction for the visitors in Galleria Burgas will be the exhibition “Bulgariain Miniature”, presenting culture and tradition of this country.

Galleria Burgas is the second retail project of GTC after Galleria Stara Zagora (opened at the end of 2010).
