Novo Nordisk Pharma Ltd. has extended its office lease agreement for Zephirus office building and will remain in the Globe Trade Centre S.A.’s Aeropark for another five years. Novo Nordisk occupies 2,127 square meters in Zephirus.

Danish company, the manufacturer of innovative medical equipment and medications for diabetes and haemophilia, has decided to extend its current office lease contract with GTC. New agreement applies to 2,127 square meters of office space in Zephirus building, located in Warsaw’s Aeropark, formerly known as Okęcie Business Park. Under the new contract, Novo Nordisk will remain in the GTC’s offices until at least December 2018.

„The contract extension with Novo Nordisk is particularly satisfying for GTC, as competition on Warsaw’s office market remains fierce and supply outweighs demand. We consider the new contact as an acknowledgement of the highest quality of services provided by GTC” – commented Jacek Wachowicz, Leasing and Sales Director, Member of the GTC’s Management Board.

Designed by renowned Kuryłowicz & Associates Architecture Studio, Aeropark remains popular among tenants. The office complex’s three buildings (Corius, Nothus and Zuphirus) feature offices of companies such as Avon, Mitsubishi and Pandora Jewellery. Aeropark’s tenants have a total of 27,000 square metres of the highest quality office space at their disposal.
