Małgorzata Czaplicka appointed President of the Management Board of GTC S.A.

The Supervisory Board of GTC S.A., a leading developer and investor in the commercial real estate market in Central and Eastern Europe, also active in the German market, has appointed Małgorzata Czaplicka as President of the Management Board. A seasoned executive, Małgorzata Czaplicka has been with the company for 15 years, focusing on GTC’s presence on capital markets, and strategic relations with key stakeholders.

Since 2010, Małgorzata Czaplicka has served as Director of Investor Relations at GTC S.A., and as of January this year, she has also held the position of Chief Financial Markets Officer, responsible for developing and implementing the company’s capital markets strategy. Working closely with the Management Board, she has played a key role in capital raising projects, managing listed debt instruments on the Warsaw, Johannesburg, Budapest, and Euronext stock exchanges, and securing financing to support GTC’s investment strategy. Her responsibilities also included oversight of ESG initiatives and chairing the Green Bond Committee. In addition, she served as the Company Secretary.

Previously, Małgorzata Czaplicka held senior investor relations and financial roles in leading Polish companies in the media and telecommunications sectors. She holds a degree in Finance and Banking from the Warsaw School of Economics. She also studied at Deakin University in Warrnambool, Australia, and completed the postgraduate program “Professional Supervisory Board Member” at Kozminski University in Warsaw.

Małgorzata Czaplicka was appointed President of the Management Board of GTC S.A. as of 28 May, succeeding Gyula Nagy, who held the position since August 2023.

The three-member Management Board of GTC S.A. also includes Zsolt Farkas, Chief Strategy Officer, and Balázs Gosztonyi, Chief Financial Officer.
