Globe Trade Centre S.A. (GTC) and Medicover have signed a lease extension agreement for 1,400 sqm space in the Globis Wrocław building, where one of Medicover medical centres is located.
New lease agreement with Medicover was signed for next five years.
Medicover Group was established in 1994. The company is a leading private healthcare company in the CEE region, currently present in Poland, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Estonia, Germany, Moldova, Ukraine, Belarus, Turkey and Bulgaria.
Medicover medical centre located in Globis Wrocław have 29 modern consulting rooms and 2 dental surgeries, as well as separate paediatrician part, laboratories for adults and children, treatment rooms, and aesthetic medicine clinic.
Colliers International participated in the deal as a leasing agent.
Globis office building is located in the strict city center of Wrocław, at the crossing of Powstańców Śląskich and Swobodna Streets, opposite to Arkady Wrocławskie. The building has 15,476 sqm of modern office space, as well as
850 sqm of commercial and service premises located on the ground floor. Among the companies that have offices there, one can mention, among others, Hewlett Packard, Citi Bank Handlowy, Raiffeisen Bank and HDF.
