Oded Rahamim has been appointed by the Supervisory Board of GTC S.A. as Member of the Management Board and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective 1 December 2026. His appointment marks a return to GTC, where he previously spent three years as Financial Director in Poland and temporarily fulfilled the responsibilities of GTC Group CFO.
Oded Rahamim is a C-level executive with over 15 years of international experience in senior finance and board-level roles across listed and multinational companies in the real estate and entertainment sectors. He began his career at KPMG Israel as an Auditor and subsequently held a number of senior finance positions within Cineworld Group PLC, including Financial Manager and Board Member of Cinema City Bulgaria in Sofia from 2011 to 2014, Finance Manager leading group reporting in London from 2014 to 2016, and Financial Director (CFO Poland) in Warsaw from 2017 to 2020.
Between 2021 and 2024, Oded Rahamim served as Financial Director (CFO Poland) within GTC Group. In this role, he was responsible for financing and refinancing transactions, budgeting, cash flow management, tax matters and IFRS reporting for GTC’s Polish operations. He also contributed to building and leading the company’s current finance team and temporarily fulfilled the role of GTC Group CFO.
Since 2025, he has served as Chief Financial Officer, Deputy CEO and Board Member of Sivanet, a residential real estate developer in Poland.
Oded Rahamim holds a B.A. in Economics and Accounting from the University of Haifa and is a Certified Public Accountant with the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel.
At the same time, the Supervisory Board accepted the resignation submitted by Jacek Bagiński from his position as Member of the Management Board and Chief Financial Officer. He joined GTC during a particularly challenging period and successfully fulfilled the tasks entrusted to him. The Supervisory Board thanks Jacek for his commitment and valuable contribution to Group.
