Flexible workspaces under the The Shire – Beyond Coworking brand will remain an important part of the offering at Korona Office Complex in Kraków. GTC’s buildings on Armii Krajowej Avenue, next to the AGH University campus, form one of the city’s largest business hubs, home to numerous companies from the IT, gaming and engineering sectors, among others.

The Shire – Beyond Coworking has operated in Galileo, one of the four buildings comprising Korona Office Complex, since 2024. It is currently one of the operator’s two locations in Kraków and one of twelve across Poland’s largest cities. The Shire concept offers flexible lease options for carefully designed office spaces and meeting rooms for teams ranging from a few to several dozen employees. It also provides a full range of business support services and allows spaces to be tailored to individual requirements, including branding and fit-out.

“Kraków has been one of our key cities from the very beginning, and we are very pleased to continue developing The Shire at Korona. The extension of this lease is a clear sign to us that both clients and building owners are increasingly prioritising high-quality, flexible office solutions,” comments Rafał Pisklewicz, Managing Partner at The Shire – Beyond Coworking.

“Flexibility and scalability are among the key needs of many companies using modern office space. We are therefore pleased that The Shire will remain part of the tenant community at Korona Office Complex. This confirms that our complex successfully responds to the needs of companies operating under different workplace models. At Korona, we see this diversity at its best, creating benefits for all users of our buildings,” says Maria Nowak, Leasing Manager at GTC.

Korona Office Complex offers more than 39,000 sqm of office space in total, with easy access to central Kraków, public transport and other parts of the city. The buildings hold a BREEAM In-Use environmental certification at the “Excellent” level, as well as the “Barrier-Free Facility” certificate awarded to properties that meet accessibility standards developed by the Integracja Foundation.

Other tenants at Korona Office Complex include IBM, Strabag, Vesuvius, Danieli Wean United, Alfa Laval, Endego, Frozen District, Grupa Radiowa Agora, Altegra, the Małopolska Centre for Entrepreneurship and CYFRONET AGH.
