GTC, a leading investor and manager of commercial real estate in Central and Eastern Europe, has renewed a lease agreement with one of the key tenants at Advance Business Center in Sofia. At the same time, the tenant has decided to expand its footprint and will now occupy more than 5,500 sqm of modern office space within the complex.
Advance Business Center is home to the bank’s global digital technology center, which has been operating in Bulgaria since 2020. The team is responsible for developing and maintaining IT solutions that support the digitalisation of business processes across bank’s international operations.

Tenants benefit from restaurants, cafés, landscaped green areas, cycling infrastructure and electric vehicle charging stations.
The transaction is among the largest office lease agreements completed by GTC in Bulgaria in recent months and confirms the continued demand for high-quality office space from technology companies and business services organisations.
