Globe Trade Centre S.A. broadens its activities by investing in Wrocław`s office market

Globis Poznań and Globis Wrocław to become 100% owned by GTC.

Globe Trade Centre S.A. signed a conditional agreement with Orbis S.A. to acquire perpetual usufruct of the land plot located in the centre of Wrocław on ul. Powstanców Sląskich, next to the Hotel Wrocław.
Upon completing the transaction and obtaining all necessary permits, GTC plans to develop an A-class office building on the site, with approx. 12,000 sqm of net rentable area.

At the same time GTC signed a further agreement with Orbis S.A. to purchase 25% of the capital of both Globis Poznan and Globis Wrocław. The execution of the share purchase is conditional upon transfer of usufruct rights to the land in Wrocław.
Upon the acquisition of shares in Globis Poznań and Globis Wrocław, GTC will own 100% of the share capital in both companies.

Globis Poznań is the owner of an A-class office building in the centre of Poznan, which has net rentable space of 13,000 sqm. Globis Poznan’s list of tenants includes, amongst others, such reputable companies as Bank BPH S.A., KPMG, Bertelsmann, Discount Plus, Centertel, Prumerica Financial and Rabobank. The building is 70% leased.
Wrocław is the fourth Polish city in which GTC has begun activity, following: Warsaw, Kraków and Poznan.
