A leading international bank expands its presence at Advance Business Center and renews lease for over 5,500 sqm
GTC, a leading investor and manager of commercial real estate in Central and Eastern Europe, has renewed a lease agreement with one of the key tenants at Advance Business Center in Sofia. At the same time, the tenant has decided to expand its footprint and will now occupy more than 5,500 sqm of modern office space within the complex.
